@SolarEdgePV -
We REALLY need your Applications Engineering team to do better. Going months without an email reply or acknowledgement is far from acceptable. Are Frank M and Christopher Q. the only ones there?
@SolarEdgePV -
Really need better response time out of your Applications Engineering department. It shouldn't require a tweet to get required technical information out of them. We've emailed Frank M and Chris Q five times since February 12.
Please shake this loose.
Hey @SolarEdgePV -
Did you fire all of your Applications Engineers? I've been emailing them for the last 3 weeks needing some technical docs and no one is acknowledging the request.
What gives?

Whats the deal with your DG process? ID D1378 is on day 35 of the 10 day process for just a Pre-Application. I get a day or two, but this is just a pre-app. What gives!?
@SolarEdgePV Please un-complicate the RMA process for optimizers. Sending electricians twice just to get on site measurements and images? You know the optimizer is dead. Just send a new one so we don't need to spend thousands of dollars in labor to replace a $150 component.
Hopefully this gets hit with the Streisand Effect, and the utilities efforts to bury the story result in more people finding out about it.

The PV array for Medford Public Library is coming along nicely. The barrel roof with PV on top creates a unique 'facet' appearance.
Big thanks to Griffin Electrical and Schwartz Silver Architects for helping bring SDA's design to life!
Ummm, this isn't a "boost", this is taking the PV industry hostage. Four sites in the US? Really, four sites!? And to get the rest we have to pay $10k a year for access? You expect us to say "thanks"?

What can New Hampshire learn from a little island with a lot of renewable energy? https://t.co/47Qkq1kv3J
Important to note at the end of the article; the utilities are actively AGAINST a grid modernization PUC docket.
Just turned on our newest system in Harvard Square for Trinity Property Management! A super clean Lumos array over the glass atrium on Chruch St. Big thanks to @BrunerCott for helping design the atrium structure to accept our PV!
Nice to see how responsive and reasonable an electric utility can be when challenged on outlandish interconnection costs.
Looking at you @nationalgridus@EversourceMA
