Hello friends and family, we haven't updated our account in quite a while so in the next few weeks we are going to share some pictures of events we have attended in the last couple of months.
Today we had the opportunity to join hundreds of people that showed to protest outside the Otay Detention Center near the US/Mex border. Although it was remote location it did not stop people from showing up In support of immigrant families.
#FamiliesBelongTogether

We met with Supervisor @RonRobertsSD chief of staff to discuss importance of SB54. We need champions to take a stand for our communities by rejecting the proposal to join such a hateful law suit. We will stand together as a community.

Thanks @SDIRC facilitating today's meeting with @SupervisorHorn. We believe Trump’s lawsuit against #SB54 is an attack on California’s commitment to value and protect all of its residents, no matter where they come from. #StandWithCA#SB54#CaValuesAct@SanDiegoCounty
Thanks for Inviting us and Thank you @DulceGarciaLaw for taking the time to share such an important message with Sweet Water High school students. 4/11/18 https://t.co/1SJG1ojc3i
@RamirezUSMEX Ramirez is running for city council in District 8. He is an amazingly strong advocate in our community and champion for the DACA and undocumented community. SDBD stands with those that champion and empathize with our cause. a vote for him is a vote for a #cityforall
