Scenic Cycle Tours

Scenic Cycle Tours Are Fun, Safe & Fascinating! San Diego & Coronado are ideal for riders of all levels thanks to our mild year-round weather & great bike paths

Not everyone wants to be the King and Queen of South Shores Park but these 2 riders on our Mission Bay Bike Tour were perfect for the role! This park is on a little used beach at the south end of Mission Bay in San Diego. https://t.co/CsiVFod7Tx

This picture of the Coronado Bridge is on last year’s August Full Moon. Think I’ll stay after our eBike Tour on Coronado is over and see if it’s as beautiful tonight. Photo by Chris Mannerino. https://t.co/CKF1FPe007

Next Stop – Gym Class!
“OK, are you all ready to go to Gym Class?” I ask our riders. “Sign me up!” is the most common answer of our Coronado Bike Tour riders. Yes, there are mostly beach volleyball classes here but also kayaking & SUP. https://t.co/SorMrIrLEa

Oh, we love when we get feedback like this! “Thank you so much Sara! The bike tour was our favorite part of our vacation!  You were wonderful – we appreciate the pics!” https://t.co/UyvHKfyYr6

The 'Little Things'
True, it’s not the biggest gift he’ll ever receive but he sure seemed to love this surprise Coronado Bike Tour on his birthday! https://t.co/qIRePO937P

We always stop for the view and a bit of history just before the Coronado Bridge. Our Coronado Bike Tour riders look ahead and often ask “Are we really going to ride UNDER the bridge? Oh yes we are – no worries it’s totally safe! https://t.co/cKSNTFski9

Does Sea World have a new Bike Roller Coaster?
No, but looking at it from across Mission Bay from Crown Point it sort of looks like it does. This was pointed out to us by an 8 year old rider. KIDS notice so much more than we adults do! Thanks Kevin. https://t.co/iPi3qQn7v9

Coronado Beach is #5 Best Thing To Do in ALL of San Diego! It's very popular for swimmers, sunbathers, paddle boarding, boogie boarding, walking and surfers. https://t.co/0UPMZ8lTDF

“When I got on a bike the 1st time I was suddenly delivered into the moment.”
– Jacquie Phelan
This was true for me too – riding a bike puts you in a whole new world; most say calming and creative. Give it a try! https://t.co/9EdgOLPoKC

Coronado Volleyball Anyone?
We tell our riders that we’ll be going to Gym Class next. Most look excited! The High School is just a few blocks from the ocean so some of their classes and events are there. Now that’s a Gym Class I would have loved! https://t.co/Uqs7LTczaZ

Knees Like Biking! A new study finds that people who bike regularly are significantly less likely to have osteoarthritis or experience knee pain by age 65 compared to people who don’t bike. https://t.co/lMRFG7mOuN

Stopping at Crown Point to take a picture of Sea World in the distance. Next comes a Wildlife Reserve, then Fiesta Island with safe 1-way lanes for bikes and cars and a huge Dog Park. Oh so much to see on our Mission Bay Bike Tour! https://t.co/KyCd9ETyUy

@SaraOharaSD Failure is Delay, Not Defeat
Failure Should be our Teacher, Not our Undertaker
It is a temporary detour, not a dead end. Failure is something we can avoid only by saying nothing, doing nothing, and being nothing. https://t.co/B8aahsv6fc

Not a Special Holiday - just another day riding bikes and celebrating LOVE all around San Diego. https://t.co/CItTY1wmBR

After our flat and easy normal Mission Bay Bike Tour a couple of guys wanted to be challengedSO I took them UP Mt. Soledad & down to the ocean. “Now THIS is something we never see in Indiana!” one of the guys said! Love my riders! https://t.co/zRCL9G8jBD

@SaraOharaSD Is WordPress still the Best?
YES! 📷2024 WordPress continues to be superior to other content management systems (CMSs) due to its adaptability, user-friendliness, and huge plugin library. https://t.co/58oTkv40qX

It all depends on where you're looking from! We saw these Sand Dunes near the Hotel del Coronado on our Coronado Bike Ride and they looked like just normal Sand Dunes BUT a very creative worker, Mando Moreno, made them look a bit different from above. https://t.co/S6gxpNETrA
