@RachelCDailey With my disability I find things like tray bakes, and pasta bakes are great. Anything that can be done either easily or more fancy is pretty good. Especially pre chopped veggies. And also finding a carb that you like that isn't gluteny mine is rice!
@RachelCDailey In fairness that's a great start! Red meat generally is the one that causes the most greenhouse gases- I'm assuming climate is the reason you want to cut down- something that really helped me and my family was trying to replace meals that are 'meat and two veg'
