@Sam_Vecenie Scheme needs updating for sure, but also need time for talent to develop in the system so that the bulk of contributors are 2-3 year vets, along with 1-2 impact transfers

@Sam_Vecenie 2022 class (McKneely/Dunn/Bond/Traudt) ranked 13th, not far behind 2016 (8th). Redshirting Traudt was a mistake, but there are still 5 top-75 recruits, not that far off 2018-19 (6). Just a few more misses, and lack of development (e.g. Dunn's offense) w/little margin for error.

@DNeckel19 Committee uses SOR, which is a resume based metric that is kind to UVA and people should just pay more attention to SOR than NET. It's historically a better predictor of at large selections than NET
