@RoyalMail On 210725 1st card parcel couldn't be delivered as too big & I was away. Had ref No. 2nd card 'too big to fit in postbox' no refs just 'will redeliver on Mon'. Wasn't dated. Called at post off nothing no refs. Tried Help Website nothing covers this situation.

I hope it doesn't sound patronising, but he is the epitome of the immigrant we can accept. He has adopted our culture, laws and ways and is fully integrated. I wish him, yourself, & Reform well.
