@Johnsins0kz Not yet. After 60+ days, Bennett finally replied on Telegram, but several of the statements he made don't appear to match the documented facts. I've responded and am waiting for his final position. No resolution so far.
⚠️⚠️⚠️WARNING MY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE LATELY WITH https://t.co/UMsVTw0vi8
I’ve been a longtime player and supporter of Winna, almost since day one (January 2025). Since December 2025, I’ve noticed a steady decline in reliability as the platform grew in popularity. Lately, too many issues raised without being properly resolved, and after waiting over 45 days on some of them, my patience is running out. Even communication has changed significantly. Where my VIP host used to respond within minutes, messages are now ignored entirely, despite i've always been nice and never been hostile or anything to them.
Issue 1: Plinko odds / probability model
Between Dec 17, 2025 and Mar 10, 2026, Winna Plinko used altered probability tables instead of a standard binomial distribution, significantly reducing the chance of hitting top multipliers while reducing RTP to around ~98%, despite originals being advertised at 99% RTP. For me, this resulted in ~22,768 High Risk (16-row) bets with an estimated missed value of around $4,366.
Had I known the actual probability model differed, I would not have played Plinko there and would have chosen another casino instead.
I had a similar issue last year on Rainbet Dice involving a much larger amount, and Rainbet investigated and fully compensated me within 2 days.
In this case, I documented everything fully and sent it to support. Winna support confirmed the issue was forwarded to the tech team, but after 45+ days there is still no meaningful update. They only request me to be patient.
Estimated Loss: 4,4K usd
Issue 2: Missing nonces / provably fair history
While checking Winna’s provably fair system, I noticed a large range of nonces missing from my casino history. According to the checker, nonce 81863 would have resulted in a 1000x hit.
The provably fair seed is shared across original games, but during this period I only played Plinko, which makes the missing range even more unclear. The last visible bet in my history is nonce 80433, followed by the next visible one at nonce 84534, leaving a large unexplained gap. There are no other games / originals inbetween. It straight up jumps 4K nonces!
I requested the specific betslip tied to the 1000X, but after 43 days it still hasn’t been provided. I’m repeatedly told to “be patient,” but there is still no resolution or data shared.
Estimated loss: 10K uSD
Issue 3: Spring Slot Selection promo
The outcome of the Spring Slot Selection promo on Winna is not correct.
Winna claims there were 161 valid 1000x winners, but this does not match publicly available data. Based on checks of the “Luckiest Wins” pages on https://t.co/UbZBVR3hux, as well as other publicly available sources (including the top multipliers on the selected slots available on https://t.co/g0cPc7gImS), there are only 18 true 1000x base-spin wins that meet the stated conditions (all public available data sources match eachother perfectly).
After users began questioning the discrepancy (161 vs 18) after the promotion had already ended, the terms were updated to state that the €25K prize pool was shared across multiple casinos.
This raises several concerns: which other casinos were included, the fact that the promotion was initially presented as if it were exclusive to Winna, and that this clarification only appeared after the promotion had already ended?
I had a bad feeling about this already seeing how few eglible players there were so I documented everything (the winners), as well as the promo conditions before and after they alterted them.
It is unclear why Winna would risk reputational damage over a relatively small €25K promotion, especially when the outcome is publicly verifiable and they already distribute significantly larger amounts through daily and weekly leaderboards.
Estimated loss 1,2K usd

At this point, I may be burning bridges with Winna by posting this, but I still hope they will do the right thing and correct these issues. After 45 days without a clear resolution, I’m starting to see that I have been naïve in expecting a fair solution, and it feels more important now to at least make others aware than to keep hoping.
In the last months I've missed out on ± 15K USD, and there is no communication or whatsoever from Winna.

Dice game was running below the advertised RTP, they fixed it and compensated me fully in 2 days.
@Winna
Advertised Plinko at 99% RTP while running at 98% RTP from dec - march. Offered ~10% of my estimated losses, 60 days past, still waiting for fair solution.
I think there’s definitely some bias here.
@smokeylisa, why did @rollbit pass the RTP disclosure?
The RTPs they display are completely false. Borderline fraudulent, in my opinion.
Rollbit displays Mines at 99.2% RTP on its website, while the actual RTP is 98%.
@TheSnatch7@Drunk_@Thesnatch7 Sorry to hijack your tweet, but since your tweet seems to be getting the attention needed, I’m hoping my issue can get some management attention too.

Genuine question: what would you do at this point?
Multiple unresolved casino issues, 51+ days waiting and counting, support keeps saying "please be patient." Potential value could be up to ~$16k (possibly less, depending on the outcome).
I've already raised it publicly (after like 40 days of waiting out of pure frustration) and filed a complaint with their licensor, but so far nothing has moved.
Keep waiting? Escalate further? Something else?
On the positive side, I’ve probably saved around $25k by not gambling while waiting.
@Winna@paulwinnacom@bennettwinna
@Winna When will you correct the spring slot rewards?
There were only 18 winners, not 161 winners.
There were only 19 participating slots, not 64.
Winners should get 1,4K usd each. Not 155 usd.
⚠️⚠️⚠️The outcome of the Spring Slot Selection promo on Winna is not correct.

After users began questioning the discrepancy (161 vs 18) after the promotion had already ended winna started manufacturing excuses:
First BS excuse 21/05: "It's 25k' accross all providers.
They decided it was a good idea to alter the conditions after the promo ended (21 may).
This raises several concerns:
- which other providers were included?
- Why was the promotion initially presented as if it were exclusive to Winna (up till 20 may)
- Why did they alter this clarification after the promotion had already ended? I
had a bad feeling about this already seeing how few eglible players there were so I documented everything (the winners), as well as the promo conditions before and after they alterted them. (See screenshots)
Second BS excuse 22/05:
Now they claim there were 64 eglible slots. Yet only 19 are/were listed on their website. How can people enter on slots that aren't listed and how would they know?
Why is it so hard for @winna to post a list of the winners with the multipliers and the slots they qualified on, just for transparancy?
Am I missing something? Or is Winna really taking us for idiots? @Winna@paulwinnacom@fairgambling@provablyfairorg@bennettwinna
