Well, I throw the towel. Turns out the only way is to actually have access to that server. The rltoken URL is an opaque intranet redirect, and the actual target is determined by the intranet server. So, I cannot recover the original page from just the token itself.
I was doing an SE course where I got dropped for low threshold so when I went back, I was logged out an inactive. But in the course modules I had saved, the links were Tokenized urls.
