@vohvohh Check out squat university on youtube. Search for his videos on knee problems. Unless you have had a major injury to your knees, most often the problem originates from either the hips or ankles, not the knees.
@boldleonidas 10/10 wiped out so many people. I know a few who have said they are never coming back. It's hard to stay engaged in a space where you can lose everything in 10 minutes.
@spicyofc I don't seem to have a problem seeing crypto related posts. Most of my feed is crypto. I just set to who I'm following and mute every account that pops up I'm not interested in.
@Cheguevoblin Chicken breast is a bit like steak, it needs to rest after cooking to get those juices flowing. And only just cook it right through, use a thermometer. It's very good that way.
@spicyofc Trading isn't just hard. It's the hardest thing I have ever done, and I'm mid-50s. But it is worth the hardship. It is a skill that will give for a lifetime, and better yet, it's a skill that you can pass to your kids so they don't have to worry about their future too.
@spicyofc Excellent take. And you are 100% right. It takes time to achieve a blissful state through mediation, a lot of practice. But it is more than worth the effort. I don't think I could switch off without it anymore.
@spicyofc It's another boring day on the charts, so I have just set alerts and have been helping my son work on his car. It's good to get away from the screen sometimes too.
@Cheguevoblin I'm passing 30 years as a powerlifter, I can tell you 100% that no plant based supplement will ever raise test levels. Without exogenous injection, the only way to increase test is weight training the big muscle groups, specifically legs.
@spicyofc This is advice you see everywhere, but mostly gets ignored. Very guilty of that myself. But this is honestly the only way I started to become better at trading. I would add stick to one token only to begin with to focus attention. Too much on the watch list and is hard to track.
