In today’s armed conflict in #Oromia civilians are often the most affected category of persons. Huge displacement of civilian currently happening in Horo Guduru, Wollo, Guji and Borana. Civilian should not be targeted or used as shields by parties to conflict. Women, children and persons displaced must be protect by all means. The conflict and violence will have huge consequences on them. We also call on both parties to resume #dialogue. There is no winner during the war!
