@bankofbaroda This is wrt grievance number PNGB82396024942. Do note that the customer is 89 years old & awaiting her pension that has not been credited since Dec. Formalities were done again in Mulund branch on 10th Jan. Yet the pension has not yet been credited. Kindly advice.

Any chance of getting a refund for TN-1019752204- 20220605 in the near future. Being given the run around for the last 9 days by the so called care with bot like answers. This is the reason people generally prefer Amazon with prompt refunds.

@bigbasket_com Hi, the bill for 1022731544 is still showing around 2700 for items costing 1112, while I do have a refund of 1800 from an earlier order credited to the wallet. Not making the payment for the above order as the actual cost can be debited from wallet. Accounts pls get in touch.

@KFintech2019 kindly enlighten clearly if these REC bonds are non transferable for five years even in case of death of bondholder, or can these bonds be transferred to the nominee? Our last correspondence is attached & has been sent to HDFC bank too to enlighten them. 5/5

Mother’s FD is renewed, instd of crediting to my acc on maturity. Multiple calls done, no joy. Grievance redressal docket number 075-275-218 response is ridiculous. The ignorance/unhelpfulness in HDFC bk & RM is mindboggling. Bk ignores the customer after the product is sold. 4/5

The leak test being used is a primitive model of soap solution, instead of a proper refrigerant leak tester to find the gas leakage both times.

@LGIndia New split Air con installed on 6th Nov, used for less than 8 hours & the gas has leaked off completely twice. There has been three service tech calls so far & the fourth is expected soon to recharge again. Amateurish Installation 1/3

Will be difficult to maintain this aircon if regular gas leakage is the norm & environmental damage though it is supposedly eco friendly gas. Two months of the warranty lost due to poor installation. Kindly ask installers to expedite matters, get the Aircon functional again.2/3
