We were honored to share Haudenosaunee culture of the Smoke Dance at the San Diego Seals @nll Semifinals Game 2. Michael Runningwind of the Seneca Nation, drum and sang, and Dr. Lukwe’tiyó Thomas “TJ” Reed of the Oneida Nation, danced. The Smoke Dance is a fast paced, freestyle dance where dancers match their feet to the drummer’s beat.
