Phelps was born with Swimmer Syndrome, a condition that caused his hind legs to splay almost completely backward. Because of this, he couldn't stand or walk normally and could only lie flat on his belly like a little pancake.

With the help of Kathryn Hartwig, he's making great progress towards walking.

Sometimes we come across dogs and we fear the worst but I think we got to this gorgeous gentle boy, just in time.

He'd clearly been hit by a car and also dragged underneath it when two of our team came across him first thing this morning. When I arrived I could clearly see he was still in shock, with his heart pounding and his body and mind in absolute turmoil.

Luckily it was only about a 5-minute drive from our little hospital and we were able to get him in, get him treated, and onto the best possible pain relief and medicines. Despite being in so much pain it's unbelievable how nice and gentle he was in terms of his nature.

I decided to call him Bruno because that is the meaning of brown in several languages like German. Let's hope we can get him mended, feeling a bit better, and create a better life for this gorgeous boy. Lying at the side of the road, soaked and in agony, will soon become a distant memory for this boy.

Good morning homies...

I want to quickly piggyback on yesterday's post...slept in so I need to be brief...at least for me:) I hope this resonates with you.

We talked about being aware that the lies you believed about yourself became strongholds that you defended for years. That you must breakdown the walls of those strongholds with all diligence and vigor. And in so doing, stepping into your new life. A life of joy, peace and abundance in and through Christ Jesus our Lord.

How do we do this? Through the Word of Truth. Through prayer. Through fasting. By simply asking God to give you the ability to do it. He will give you the wrecking ball. But you are the one who must use it. You must take action by faith. Because you can pray fervently with a pure heart but if you do nothing, if you don't take action, you effectively negate the conversation you had with Him. I believe God cannot move on our behalf without faith in action. We are told that faith without works is dead. In other words, if we do not take action we have a dead faith. One that doesn't produce anything. For what is a work? It is action. They go hand in hand.

And when you take action do not doubt. Don't expect your life to change in an instant. Don't misunderstand, God can radically change your life in an instant. But remember we are at war. The enemy will never cease to attempt to pull you back to your old comfort. To rebuild the walls of those strongholds. But fear not. Only believe. You have the power of the Living God inside you. The One who commands the armies of Heaven! Do not doubt. Doubt is what wasted decades of your life. But faith...faith compresses time. It accelerates growth. And in the hands of God, the time you thought was wasted can be brought forth as if you never wasted a single second of your life.

To reach our full potential, to live the life we were created to live, the life predestined for us, we must take action by faith. Trusting that the Lord will produce in us a harvest for His glory and our benefit and for those around us. For what is a harvest that is not shared? It would simply rot away.

Resolve in your heart and mind that no matter what, you will become 1% better today than you were yesterday. Yield to the Father. Submit your will to Him. For in doing so, you will experience a life that far supersedes your wildest dreams and expectations. Exercise your faith and build the life you want to live. Imagine what it will look like.

Now take that wrecking ball and use it!
