@kotak811 i guess there is some issue with bank 3rd time its happening I trasferd money from my other account to kotak amount got debited from my other bank account but its not reflecting in kotak what is this???

I opened a bank account in @kotak811 but I wasn't able to login so I called the customer care and the guy was very rude and after my tweet I got call from [phone] this guy's is a also from Kotak Mahindra customer care and was very rude and impatient.
