Just a tip, I live with my wife so I put my rent down as half of what we pay which is technically correct. Maybe you could try that. Fingers crossed for you 🙏

@The_Garns @xboxuk I made the £99.96 payment 2 weeks ago to try to ward off any issue. How wrong was I, completely agree on the both companies screwing up their pre orders.

@The_Garns @xboxuk I've done the minimum payments on my upgrade too and they didn't understand you only had to pay 12 months if you signed up before Dec 31st 2019. I had to explain their own terms & conditions to them.

@xboxuk How about the issue that I finally got through to klarna to do my upgrade and thet denied me credit. When effectively you upgrade and return your console it finishes that previous agreement with them. Don't think they understand this

@GrupoSertrans Thanks for this, I did forward to the police. They aren’t going to do anything this time because driver had gone but they are aware for future reference. Glad you are being proactive 👍
