Sean Austin. Author/Photographer

I'm an author, writing sci-fi, fantasy and steampunk.

I also like to fool around with cameras and drones from time to time.

The Path, a mysterious power that holds the world together. One that is eternally at war with The Darkness.

The Ancients protect the Path from those who might try to unravel the wards holding back something far worse, bent on destroying the world.

So, I have some new covers for my last two books.

Have to admit, they look a hell of a lot better than the old ones.

Had a bit of a giggle today. Opened up Amazon KDP, just to have a random monthly check without expecting anything. To my surprise, I'd had a SALE!

Ok, yes, it's also the first since September last year. But I still sold a book!

@K_Lykkebo As for page reads, none since February. Last year that is.

[Sean Austin. Author/Photographer @SeanAustinWrite]

@K_Lykkebo 13 1/2 years, 127 books sold. And none since September last year. I think I'm doing well...

Once again, Amazon has recommended my own book to me.

So, it's been awhile since I last did some writing. My foray into publishing wasn't the best experience and it killed my enthusiasm a bit.

But I'm slowly getting back into it. Working on some short pieces again, getting a handle on writing.

@teresawymore My feed has already devolved to a flood of porn since Musk took over. What I came here for is a footnote in my feed. If I have to pay for this crap as well, I'm out.

@K_Lykkebo And, pre-ordered. Can't wait.

@K_Lykkebo Awesome work!

Still way better than me. 13 years, 7 books, 126 sales. I'm happy though as it's just my hobby.

@Westarctica Happy Citizens Day everyone. I'd do the Iceberg Challenge, but there's a distinct lack of both water and ice out here.

What can I say.....

Nice evening tonight.

After being stalled for months on my WIP, it's finally moving again.

5,000 words in two days!

@DonovanTurney Strike, strike, strike. Fuck., I'm out.

[Sean Austin. Author/Photographer @SeanAustinWrite]

@K_Lykkebo Read it. Awesome book.
