PSA rant incoming:
Back in January myself and 4 of my family flew to Leeds for my 30th birthday weekend on @AerLingus
We all had paid for the fare that includes a carry-on bag with a weight up to 10kg (7kg on regional flights like this).

@AerLingus So after all that, I got a one-liner response and was essentially told to get stuffed. Just a heads up for anyone flying with @AerLingus in the future. Abysmal customer service and no consistency or clarity in their baggage rules. Pay for a bag on the plane, get charged anyway.

@AerLingus I was told that up to 3 weeks are needed to process a refund request. Today, almost 5 weeks on I got an email saying @AerLingus have"
determined that there is no refund of baggage fees due as per the terms and conditions of the fare you purchased."
