@HarrodsService My wife purchased an expensive item and has for the last 3 weeks been seeking a refund. The customer service has been beyond shocking - with multiple calls not being returned as just one example. Can someone contact me ASAP to resolve.

@HarrodsService The order number my wife has is 2519578 - CUAx8P. She has phoned 29 times simply to get a refund for a returned good. We need this resolved and refund made by cob tomorrow. Never received service like this from any retailer.
