Only a few years ago I was skinny, insecure, unhappy and I hated myself.

I’m a type one diabetic - this played into WHY I felt this way & also almost killed me as a child. Every day is STILL a non stop battle.

However - I channeled this negativity to drive me on.

I am now in the shape of my life, confident, happy, running businesses, travelling the world,

And now teaching others how to do the same.

If you come to Bali.

I’d recommend doing nice acts for all the locals.

Tip your drivers.

Buy the construction workers bintangs.

Play football with the younger guys.

Respect their religion, get them to talk about it & learn from them.

If you see a guy buying cigarettes, buy him another pack.

The locals here are the most grateful & hardworking people you will ever meet.
