@OVOEnergy If you could fit a meter for your customers that would be a great start . New meter was supposed to be fitted on the 13th June , engineers wasn’t qualified to do the job , next appointment in 5 weeks . Had to put my family in a hotel . Stay clear
@OVOEnergy If you do any DIY , and you need a new meter , stay well clear of this company. I have been waiting for a week for a new meter , engineer came but wasn’t qualified, had to put my family in a hotel this week , and looks like for another 5 weeks due to no meter
@OVOEnergy Energy upgrade, stay clear of this company! They can��t even come to for a meter ! Had to put my family in a hotel as I can’t get a meter fitted . Now they are telling me my next appointment is the 17th july! Stay clear of this company.

@OVOEnergy I have given all of my information to the resolutions team, who say my next appointment is 17th July - that’s 5 weeks in a hotel, and apparently you will still charge me starting next Tuesday regardless. Not good enough.
Well Done #OvoEnergy! Probably the worst customer service I have experienced in my entire life . 4th day in a row that the engineer failed to turned up to fit my meter. We have no running water as it’s linked to an electric pump. They don’t seem to care.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE - I have been on hold for 90 minutes and still counting.This is now my 5th call since Monday I had an appointment for a 3 phase meter being installed on Monday and still waiting. Engineer came yesterday who wasn’t qualified. No electric no water
