@dmillerabc7 @jackmcgrath1000 Soldier Field in 2001 was still a historic landmark. Mayor Daley, in order to get it done w/ Ted Phillips, had to build a stadium inside a stadium in order to protect landmark status and do it in 2 yrs. Colonades now only have landmark status
