@HPUK is this how you treat all of your UK customers with warranty repairs? Is it a policy to decline all repairs under warranty and then refuse to supply any evidence? And then when challenged, close the case and hope they go away?

@HPUK you've had my laptop for 5 weeks for a warranty repair. I've not heard a single thing from you in that time and when I finally decided to call you today for an update your tech support operative tells me you won't repair it under warranty "due to water damage".

I asked for the case to be escalated, which he said he'd do. So, I've been sat here for an hour twiddling my thumbs waiting for a call from Customer Care. I've just checked my emails and he's closed the bl**dy case!!!

Enough is enough @theresa_may let's educate our children out of debt! Today's govt PSHE consultation says financial ed won't be compulsory, unlike sex ed It says it's in the curriculum already. That's irrelevant, OVER 50% schools needn't follow the curriculum. RT if u agree
