They've been comparing him to Roman Abramovich in the latter's first 4 years as owner.

Abramovich got 2nd, 1st, 1st, and 2nd place in his first 4 seasons. BlueCo, on the other hand, got 12th, 6th, 4th, and 10th.

Their argument consists of: BlueCo have spent much more money, but not in an intelligent way. Roman Abramovich only signed and bought proven winners, not overglorified youngsters.
