@Brett_McMurphy No Lincoln, you idiots chickened out of the rivalry and tried to pin it on ND saying you were willing to play a week 0 game in Mexico, something you knew ND could not agree to because NCAA doesn't allow a team to play more than 1 international game every 4 years (Ireland '23).
@ombbackup@IrishDomer86@Brett_McMurphy You can't just play a game week 0. For ND to agree to play USC week 0, it has to be an international game. Per NCAA rules, teams are only allowed to play a game in a foreign country once every four years. ND played in Ireland 3 years ago.
@ombbackup@Brett_McMurphy Wrong. They offered to continue the series under circumstance in which ND COULD NOT meet. USC offered to play them in week 0. You can't do that unless you are playing out of the country. A team is only allowed to do once every 4 years per NCAA rules. ND played in Ireland in '23.
@ombbackup@joseph_st_onge@IrishDomer86@Brett_McMurphy You comprehended it wrong then. You can't play a game in Hawaii week 0 unless you're playing Hawaii. As for Mexico City, a team is only allowed to play in an another country once every 4 years. ND played in Ireland 3 years ago.
@bruce_straughan Does Phil know something about Jagusah that we don't? Jagusah's availability for 2026 right now is still up in the air, with most people anticipating him not being ready until late October at the earliest.
@sentientist So she's not just a racist, but a racist who can't even be bothered to write her own legitimate words on the subject. Like, if you're going to go all-in on being a racist bitch, at least be original.
@duckyekom@WoodyCraze1870@TechAthletics@TexasTechFB Smfh. The facts are that, as a member of the team, he knew the inner workings. He had insider knowledge that would give him an unfair advantage in betting. This is why the NCAA is adamant (as are professional leagues mind you) that there is a zero tolerance policy on it.
@Charlestonduck@duckyekom@TechAthletics@TexasTechFB No, the NCAA is going to appeal and a judge who isn't just another TT shill will reverse this judge's ruling and uphold the NCAA's rule. There's no wiggle room here.
@duckyekom@TechAthletics@TexasTechFB That's not how that fucking works you clod. Dude repeatedly tarnished the legitimacy of competition at the collegiate level. Rules on this have been VERY clear and players are repeatedly reminded to not cross that line. He has no one to blame but himself.
