They’ll be partying tonight at @Royaldublin1. Winners of the Senior Cup, this is their first 🏆 since 1974. They beat Castleknock in the finals, hosted by County Louth/Baltray. Ashy and I went out to root on Hugh Foley, who won his match over Quentin Carew (5&4).
“Inaugurated in 1900 the Irish Senior Cup is considered the ‘Blue Riband’ of Irish Amateur Golf. Each club selects its five best available golfers who compete in singles Matchplay against their opponents playing off scratch.”
@NoelRock Noel - it takes courage to be a servant of the public & with that be in the domain. You have the balls of a Bengali tiger and the heart of a lion to put up with this nonsense. Don’t give up on your work, most in D9 (if not all) respect you and what you represent 🙌🏻
