@theseanodell Acupuncture. My wife went from migraines 3-4 times a week to 3-4 times a month. Granted it took a bit and using some chinese herbal medicine, but she got to a point of maintenance appts.

My wife (47) died almost 5 years ago from cancer. Just heard the Santa fire truck sirens in the neighborhood. We always waved to Santa. Grief tapped me on the shoulder and said remember me. You never know what someone is going through. #BeKind #UndifferentiatedUterineSarcoma

I spent the morning of my @VMware #EPIC2 day off doing a little #EarthDay clean up of the park across from my house. Two big trash bags full. It felt good to be outside instead of staring at my monitor.

I had the greatest experience @BestBuy in Mt. Laurel, NJ. Milo, the camera salesman, was amazing. You can tell he lives, sleeps, and breathes photography. I will seek out his advice in future. Today’s purchase @canon Rebel T8i for my girlfriend. She is a happy girl.
