@marksandspencer just moved house and opened the double duvet we’d bought and it’s covered in horrible stains. Receipt says last date for exchange was 02/04 but can you confirm we can exchange it given the poor condition the duvet was in when we opened it?

@British_Airways What a massive waste of time that was. I provided every single bit of info related to my wife’s booking and was then told you can’t discuss it because of data protection 😂. Your customer service is a joke
