I would say THAT was the "first punch".
For anyone who doesn’t know….
Legally the space surrounding a person within the space defined by the tip of the person’s nose = their person/body
Once that bullhorn came closer than the tip of the man’s nose, it became self defense.
Against the back of his head, close to if not touching his face within the space defined, all of that
A bullhorn in your face doesn’t give you the right to throw a punch.
I don’t care whether you’re liberal, conservative, Democrat, or Republican. Nobody should have to tolerate someone screaming in their face through a bullhorn.
But there’s a difference between standing up for yourself and knocking someone unconscious. Political disagreements should never reach that point.
Freedom of speech comes with responsibility, and so does how you react to it.

@Gitmo99 It’s a simple rule to follow. If you are blasting a bullhorn in someone’s face you should expect some retaliation. Liberals have gone too far with their assault on free speech. Guy acts with zero respect towards another person it’s that persons right to stop the disrespect.
