Iran’s joint operational military command has warned the United States and regional countries that any aggression against Iran will trigger sustained and “painful” retaliatory attacks on US positions and interests across the region.
In a statement on Sunday, the Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters said that if the US “commits any mistake” against Iran, “all its bases and interests in the region, without any limitation or consideration, will be targeted by sustained, effective and painful attacks.”
“Based on the information received, the criminal America, in pursuit of covering up its defeats and achieving false gains in a war that began relying on the lies and staging of the Zionists and has continued through deception and trickery, has once again decided, with the green light of some regional countries, at a joint meeting in one of the European countries, to resume actions against the Islamic Republic of Iran,” the statement read.
It also warned regional countries against aligning with any US aggression against Iran, saying they would be considered partners in the “mischief” and “could no longer expect restraint from the powerful Iranian Armed Forces.”
Earlier, Secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council (SNSC) Mohsen Rezaei warned that the Islamic Republic considers another US aggression “very much on the cards” based on its military assessments, declaring that Tehran is prepared for a “decisive war.”

Der Schweizer Komiker Mike Müller stempelte nach der Sachsen-Anhalt-Wahl eine knappe Million AfD-Wähler pauschal als Nazis ab. Nun zeigt ihn der Sohn des Müllermilch-Milliardärs an – und die Rechnung kommt prompt.
Wenn der Bühnenwitz zur Massenbeleidigung wird
Nach dem AfD-Sieg in Sachsen-Anhalt mit 43,8 Prozent schrieb Mike Müller auf X, er verstehe nicht, warum der Kanzler eines Landes mit achtzig Millionen Einwohnern «wegen einer knappen Million Nazis in einem gescheiterten Gliedstaat» zurücktreten solle. Gemeint waren die Wähler einer demokratisch gewählten Partei. Nicht einzelne, versteht sich. Nur eine knappe Million auf einmal. Das klingt, als hätte der Komiker die Feinmechanik der deutschen Geschichte mit der Holzhacke bearbeitet und sich hinterher gewundert, dass jemand blutet.
Peter Müller, 46, Sohn des Lebensmittelmilliardärs Theo Müller, AfD-Wähler und seit zehn Jahren im Kanton Zürich wohnhaft, hat deswegen Strafanzeige wegen Verleumdung, übler Nachrede und Beschimpfung eingereicht. Die Zürcher Staatsanwaltschaft hat den Eingang vom 16. September bestätigt. Der Anzeigeerstatter findet es schockierend, Wähler einer demokratischen Partei pauschal mit den Verbrechern des Nationalsozialismus gleichzusetzen – und darin eine Relativierung der NS-Verbrechen zu sehen. Wer eine Million Deutsche so in den Dreck zieht, darf sich nicht wundern, wenn einer von ihnen den Briefkasten der Staatsanwaltschaft kennt.
Gelassenheit als Markenzeichen – und als Selbsttäuschung
Mike Müller zeigt sich unbeeindruckt. Er habe ja keine einzelnen Personen Nazis genannt. Nur eine knappe Million. Auf X wurde das sogleich aufgespiesst: Nein, nicht einzelne Menschen – nur eine knappe Million, das sei natürlich viel weniger schlimm. Der Komiker verweist auf die Einstufung der AfD in Sachsen-Anhalt als gesichert rechtsextremistisch und auf Reden von «millionenfacher Remigration». Das «völkische Zeug» passe zu seinem Begriff. Schön. Nur: Wer auf der Bühne den feinen Unterschied beherrscht und auf Twitter zur Keule greift, darf sich nicht wundern, wenn die andere Seite ebenfalls nicht flüstert.
Stefan Millius hat den Vorgang bereits als das bezeichnet, was er ist: Für den einstigen Late-Night-Mann ist offenbar jeder AfD-Wähler ein Nazi. Die Kritik beschäftigt Müller wenig. Er ändere keinen Tweet, nur weil sich «ein paar Rechtsradikale» aufregten. Unter denen, die widersprechen, gebe es sicher «etliche Nazis». Die Definition ist praktisch: Sie dehnt sich so weit, bis der eigene Satz immer recht behält. Die Weltwoche hat das Muster schon länger beschrieben: auf der Bühne subtil, auf Twitter der Berserker. Wer so lange ungestraft austeilt, hält die Gegenrechnung irgendwann für einen schlechten Witz. Bis sie auf dem Tisch liegt.
Man beleidigt keine Million Menschen und erwartet Applaus
Ob die Anzeige juristisch trägt, ist offen. Ehrverletzungsverfahren wegen allgemeiner politischer Zuschreibungen scheitern oft an der Meinungsfreiheit oder an der fehlenden Antragsberechtigung. Das ändert nichts am politischen Kern. Wer eine grosse Fresse hat, muss mit einer dicken Lippe rechnen. Und wer sich über Hunderttausende Deutsche despektierlich äussert, als wären sie eine historische Kulisse für den nächsten Gag, bekommt irgendwann die Rechnung präsentiert – diesmal von einem Müller, der nicht auf der Bühne steht, sondern beim Staatsanwalt.
