Let's get things straight about what's going on with Optic and Hydra...
Optic already let HUKE go once, so don't doubt for a second that they'll do it again, especially for a player like HYDRA.
They talk about what HUKE brings to OPTIC's communication, but with HYDRA on top of them, they won't care; they'll focus on practical matters and ignore theory.
Now, what about Hydra? The guy is looking for a project 100% focused on #CDL and Optic is ideal for this. He wants to win absolutely EVERYTHING next year and he'll let any team know that.
What is the current percentage chance that the signing will go through? First, we have to wait for Huke to leave, because without that the signing isn't possible.
If we disregard all the rumors, the percentage chance of Hugh leaving Optic right now is 3%. It's impossible for Optic to let him go.
Now, let's put everything that's happening and the rumors on the table. The probability of HYDRA going after OPTIC is 30%, and that percentage will only be valid if Optic decides to leave Huke.
The signing is very difficult for both parties. Optic won't be swayed by everything that's said in X; they know that year after year it's the same thing and it's not in their best interest. Now, I'm NOT saying it's IMPOSSIBLE.
Right now, everything is in Optic's hands. The moment they decide to announce HUKE's departure, we'll all know who will be playing in that spot next year...

@jimmyjerkit @Riichter @JakeSucky That’s what I’ve been saying. People don’t understand basic human psychology. If they did, it’s a no brainer to keep Huke and improve his talent. He literally eases, calms, and focuses everyone constantly while also telling you exactly wtf is on the map at all times.

@Shisui_1431 I love huke. He’s incredible and we’re so lucky to have him. That being said, a wise man once said.. it’s better to move off talent early rather than late if you want to sustain success.

@Rebel_ I think the biggest upside of Hydra to OpTic would be a big improvement in SnD but it "could" make teamwork/comms worse. It's a risk as always. Either way, Huke or Hydra, I'll be over the moon 😂
