1) when everyone is discussing about some particular theme or stocks, #memory, usually the trade is in its last leg, for now
2) stocks are like trees, they will grow, but not to the sky.
3) Leveraged trades, need to be tactical, short duration, quick in and quick out, with profits locked
4) money is made in #bubbles, but you cannot catch the bottom or top. But significant money can be made in the middle
5) Know to keep balance between #fear and #greed. These emotions keep you grounded.
6) Follow #liquidity & sector rotation. There is a bull market in some asset, in some region all the time.
7) In today's time, information is almost democratized ( except policy makers, front running ), learn to join the puzzle -
Information + policy + Geopolitics + macro economics + Liquidity
8) During the times of #HFT, leverage, global capital, #momentum trading will remain the king. Know when to get down. Momentum will overshoot, and you will get heartburns, learn to be satisfied.
9) Small accounts, don't have the previlage of #buy & #forget. A reasonable churning is necessary to grow the account.
10) Booked profits are true, Notional are only for social media.
