MILLER:

He argues some companies are using foreign-worker programs to fill jobs already being performed by Americans — but at substantially lower wages.
Miller also pointed to what he describes as “historic volumes” of fraud across programs including food stamps, daycare, Medicaid, health care and Social Security.
And his broader message:
“Systemic immigration fraud” that violates federal law and undermines American workers must be addressed.

@Polymarket These Tech/IT companies have been given 2 years worth of notice that they need to stop abusing the system and actually seek out Americans for the jobs (as required by the PERM application process). They have failed to live up to that requirement, so now they're cut off from it.
