@IowaStateNation It’s not Roehl. The defense knows Raynor can’t make a pass and sending everyone. Guys are open he literally just isn’t getting it to them. Only thing he’s doing wrong is not switching the qb.
@HyperISU @istatenation Tough to blame him tbh. He’s had some creative stuff but it’s hard to call a game effectively when the OL can’t hold up in pass pro and Raynor is afraid to push it down the field or make mistakes. And can’t get anything on the ground

I think Raynor criticism is more than fair, but I also think you've got to look at their WRs, too. This feels more like a passing game issue than simply a QB one, IMO.

@cyclonefanatic There were multiple WIDE OPEN targets. Yet again, Raynor was late and flat out missing layups. They aren't serious about competing if they keep playing him.

Benching Raynor does not benefit this team even a little bit
@brentblum Raynor missed Flora on the last play and had 1on1 the play before when he gave it to Flora. He needs to see that and throw the ball down field. With empty backfield they blitz cuz Raynor doesn’t know where to go with the ball. Change qb for the future!
