Two episodes in and love how these are written in comic book fashion. Ep 1 ends on cliff hanger of Hal dead in 2026. Ep 2 ends on cliff hanger of Sinestro knowing something special about Jon Stewart. Show looks grounded as true detective, but the episodic nature of each story revealing another clue to a larger run is very comic book.
In just a few seconds, Lanterns nails the Hal/Sinestro dynamic.
This show just gets it.

@x0Starlight Sinestro wasn’t saying John is *the* threat to Hal. It’s a small dialogue trope, where the show disconnects the sentences to lead you to infer meaning. There’s a higher threat Sinestro and Hal don’t even have to talk about. Separately, he knows Hal has to prepare John soon anyway
