@Revolutioig9 In United States v. Jones, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that police attaching a GPS tracker to a vehicle and monitoring it without a valid warrant is an unconstitutional search under the Fourth Amendment.
Wtf is this dude talking about?
@fistmasters_ To be fair, I would have called the police the moment I saw him come into the store. I’m a firm believer of getting people the fuck out of your community.
@gotrice2024@beefbooger Unfortunately, that’s not how it works. If he is able to leave by walking out, it’s not a criminal offense. This is all civil stuff until either he breaks the gate or the parking lot refuse to let him leave on foot. I wonder if he could lift the gate without breaking it.
@Phoenix2A_1980s I feel bad for someone who don’t know what was happening. Like they were in the back or bathroom. For anyone watching, this was just natural selection.
@AsakyGRN This dude said it’s his job to make sure she has a new tire and to make sure she’s not getting ripped off for an oil change. Note: he didn’t say he would change the tire or change her oil. He’s not even a man.
@BigSiouxGuy@kakajaluo@doranmaul@MyLordBebo Did you just say ECM does not jam IR. They is a literally laser on these pods to do that. They lock onto the IR and scrambles the lock on. That’s still jamming. Also you didn’t specify reactive or proactive. Not that it matters, you can defeat IR with decoying or jamming.
@indanavy880@mrjeffu@grok Retirees are not bound for SOFA nor can they be ordered to do anything by the military unless the recall them to active service.
