Still not half of what he deserves but this is so fucking good to see after spending years protesting what this ghoul got away with while the city sat on their hands about it
It also would give SPOG a tool to block the release of documents with identifying information until findings have been issued, which is something they do now for inflammatory allegations of sexual misconduct (rape, sexual assault, child molestation)
SPOG sued to block the release of a detective's name we already knew on a case we barely cared about.
They won, but the court said they wouldn't preemptively exempt all future records requests under similar circumstances, so they appealed.

Finally. Don’t think this would’ve happened without the constant prodding of activists and journalists who refused to let this die and be quietly swept away
Seattle has once again pushed back the court hearing for the traffic ticket given to the cop who killed Jaahnavi Kandula while driving roughly three times the speed limit. he refuses to pay a fucking traffic ticket for it and they won’t even hold him accountable for that.
Yesterday, we honored our beloved comrades Shasta Jones and Anthony Gay with a mural in the CAARPR office. Their memories inspire us to fearlessly continue the fight for freedom and liberation for all. LONG LIVE SHASTA JONES! LONG LIVE ANTHONY GAY!
The National Alliance (NAARPR) is a mass defense organization dedicated to fighting unjust treatment of individuals due to race or political beliefs, with a long history of supporting the Palestinian Liberation Movement.
JPSN is proud to announce we are now a @NAARPR affiliate!
SPD officer Kevin Dave killed Jaahnavi Kandula 19 months ago by hitting her at 74 miles per hour, and he had NO valid driver’s license at the time!
Since he hasn’t paid the measly fine he got for killing her, he’s in court on August 13th. It's simple!
CONVICT KEVIN DAVE!
On July 18, the Seattle artisanal sandwich shop chain Homegrown notified the state that it would be laying off 158 workers and closing 10 of its 12 locations, effective September 15. This comes months after it reached an agreement with its workers for better pay and conditions.
One. SPD was never defunded.
Two. If the city had listened to the defund movement and started building police alternatives in 2021, there would be no “staffing crisis.”
“You better not or I’ll shoot you in your fucking face”
He executed this lady because she was moving a pot of water off the stove.

So incredibly on the nose for the firing statement to focus on the “shame” that Auderer’s comments brought the dept rather than the harm officers like him cause. even when they fire their ppl they’re open about the fact that it’s all about the dept’s image over anything else
We need community control of the police so that when the cops are the criminals, the people are the ones with the power to decide what their consequences will be. That's why Seattle demands COMMUNITY CONTROL NOW!
See us every Sunday 2-5pm at the Othello Link and learn more!
On Wednesday, interim Seattle police chief Sue Rahr announced the firing of now-ex SPD officer Daniel Auderer for his disgusting comments.
In her decision, Sue Rahr rightly stated that Auderer's disregard for human life brought dishonor and shame to the police force. HOWEVER-
Dave showed infinitely more careless disregard for the worth of human life when he ended Jaahnavi's, and yet he remains on the force. Firing Daniel Auderer is a good first step, but the fact remains that killer cop Kevin Dave has yet to face consequences for his crimes.
