🚨🐔En Isère, une habitante avait attaqué ses voisins en justice à cause du chant de leur coq réclamant 4.500 euros et le départ de l’animal. La justice a finalement rejeté sa demande, estimant que le coq ne représentait pas une nuisance sonore.

La voisine a été condamnée à verser 2.000 euros pour préjudice moral et 1.500 euros de frais de justice aux propriétaires du coq. L’affaire avait suscité un large soutien populaire avec plus de 33.000 signatures recueillies pour le défendre.
