@pinkykhoabane Yes, it would have passed through his desk on the recommendation of the BAC. So, the question is: Did the Div. Head of SC (who chaired the BAC if my understanding is correct) recommend that the tender be awarded? If so, hauling the NatComm before courts is a smoke screen.
@Abramjee Acts of criminality arising from the R360M tender process are highly improbable for the accounting officer, with all things being equal! ....unless we are talking about something else. He was very clear on his testimony on what he did and didn't do.
@ms_tourist@Phislash Going for NatComm will not serve any purpose. The public sector procurement system has far too many layers of assurance that serve as guardrails for any irregularity. NatComm's role is symbolic unless there were recommendations from other layers of assurance that he overlooked.
@PhilMphela It depends on the context. However, it is predominantly used to describe clothes (in plural terms). It is also used to describe furniture (belongings and goods).
@anentiresnack@GEPF_SA@anentiresnack The GEPF response is substantive. I am a former employee of the institution. Please DM me to explore avenues to speedily resolve the matter.
@HistorySAZAR We used to recite one of his poems at school. It was entitled "Because I am Black"
Very emotive poem, I must say! Our voices reverbarated through belly of the Earth when we performed this piece!
