@spare_a_talent @debba466 @MaulingWallSt This isn't limited to landlords, the stock and cryptocurrency markets are affected as well. It appears you may be misinformed.
@spare_a_talent @debba466 @MaulingWallSt You don't get it, people with assets won't be affected. It's the little fella trying to make from this point onwards who's going to be affected.
@spare_a_talent @debba466 @MaulingWallSt Tenants have the option to opt out; that is simply how supply and demand works. Landlords present an offer, and tenants are free to decline it. If you disagree with this market-based approach, you might prefer a different economic system, commie.
@spare_a_talent @debba466 @MaulingWallSt Investors are shifting capital into real estate to avoid heavy taxes on stocks and crypto. New landlords will be passing these costs onto tenants through higher rents, making homeownership increasingly unreachable.
@JamesMakkas1@TimjboAU It’s funny how you fail to see that these policies are designed to affect the lower classes the most. These politicians prey on the illiterate. People who currently have no assets will be the ones affected the most. You won't be able to afford anything once rent skyrockets.

People heavy in alts have missed this cycle. It was clear that it was going to be all about Bitcoin. This is not the end for Bitcoin; it is the end for most alts.
So I sold half of my Bitcoin, Ive been holding it for more than 6 years. It's been hard, now I'm a fiat millionaire (single digits) now it's time to rest. Holding the rest will be much easier now.
