C'est inadmissible:
1. j'ai toujours et je paie toujours pour une ligne que je n'ai jamais pu utiliser
2. je n'ai plus internet chez moi
3. On ne m'a toujours pas rembourser pour le dommage causé

@SFR J'avais fait la demande pour ouvrir une ligne Box avec SFR, on m'a conseillé une box fibre coaxiale. Arrivé chez moi, je n'ai pas pu l'installer car pas de prise chez moi.

Quelques jours plus tard, SFR résilie ma mauvaise ligne, donc celle que j'utilise au lieu de l'autre. J'appelle à nouveau @SFR_SAV pour expliquer le problème. Ils me disent qu'ils ne peuvent rien faire pour résilié cette fois la ligne coaxiale et remettre en marche ma fibre
