@etihad @EtihadHelp flight got cancelled. Can’t rebook/cancel via app. I should call the call center no one is picking up, live chat not coming through. No answer from twitter support as well. What else should I try?

Flight got now officially cancelled. @etihad @EtihadHelp still not answering. No information, no alternative now. I booked now expensive alternative flight but still no help..

@EfstratiosMark1 Giasou, we had a flight from Singapore to Munich via Abu Dhabi. Got cancelled this night. The flight was scheduled for 12th, March

@etihad @EtihadHelp Mar 6 ~ 06:00–07:00 AM you stated flights Singapore–AUH and Munich–AUH wouldn’t operate until Mar 19 due to Middle East conflict. We booked an alt. flight based on that. 3 hours later you reversed it. Our new flight isn’t refundable. Still no reply. Please DM.

@adntma hi dan, I saw that you are flying at 14th of March to Abu Dhabi. Me too.. what did the ethiad support answerd you? Did they recommend you to cancel the flight?

our flight on March 12 from Singapore to Munich via Abu Dhabi – I also sent a DM. If the flight is cancelled due to the current situation, will you provide a hotel? Or offer an alternative route? Is rebooking to another airline possible?
