Charges mean there are suspicions in the way City did their business, and after properly and lengthy investigations there are proofs that those suspicions are valid hence, they are charged so that they can be proven guilty.

If other clubs want to join in, free to do so. but to blame LFC for releasing that statement is rather stupid.
