Friends,
I have TWO free gifts for you!
The first is The Timeline Diagnostic Quiz. It's a short tool that maps the five most common ways our Timelines get distorted. It will help you identify the ways in which your own Timelines may be distorted.
The second is a short guide I wrote about making choices. It's called "The Decision Field, A Timeline Jumper's Guide to Making Choices." It includes the two practices I recommend using at every significant crossroads.
Both are free for my Substack subscribers. The subscription is also free.
Just follow the link in the first comment, hit "subscribe," and you'll get a welcome email with instant access to both (check your spam.)
(If you are already a subscriber to my Substack, you've already been sent emails with both gifts.)
They have worked hard to kill romantic love between men and women by attacking our innocence. Innocence is our true nature. Being in love is an act of rebellion.
Artists understand that trauma can be transformed into usable energy. Once all trauma has been transformed, art becomes a means to channel higher energies, rather than transmute lower.
The 'physical' world is not objectively 'real'. Our energetic response to it is real. For example, we see a beautiful flower. We feel love, awe, delight. That is the real bit. The flower energetically exists as an experience of love, awe, delight in our awareness. Our Beingness is the reality.
The Matrix doesn’t mind a few people slipping out, but it fears a mass exit. This is apparent because of all the effort it puts into keeping us inside itself. At some point, the energy it receives and the energy it expends may no longer be in its favour.
Consider your chin. Are you thrusting it forward through life in determination? Is it set, rigid, tense? Are your teeth gritted? Are you maintaining an expression of fierce pride and strength against all odds? Are you braced for the storm? Perhaps it's time to let it go now, Beloved.
Surrender. Let it go. Soften. Allow your face to reflect gentleness. Relax your chin and jaw.
I so often catch myself grimacing and ask, “What am I bracing for?”
It gives me such love and compassion for past me. How many times did I have to brace for a hit, physical or emotional? Decades later, our past is still unconsciously written on our faces.
Every time you notice and soften your expression, it’s a little bit of timeline healing.
