@RockstarSupport Can you please tell HOW did you investigated? Its been 5 Tickets and I did nothing wrong, the error is in you and I AM NOT paying AGAIN for GTA5 just to play it

@RockstarSupport please change your staff, I created 4 Tickets, none of them was resolved even though you closed it, I had no time explaining what even happend.
I bought GTA5 and RDR2 and you can't even provide support to someone in need. I am not buying these games again...
