He is supposed to be a MID/TOP , SO FOCUS HIM THERE.

Also, is so easy as giving him good early defensive stats but poor early base dmg and compensate it with strong level stats (and better %ap)

A champion cant be limitated on his main roles (mid and top) just for 2 secondary roles (supp and apc)
