रात 1 बजे धमतरी में एक व्यक्ति अपनी पत्नी और छोटी बच्ची के साथ घर लौट रहा था। पुलिस ने बाइक रोकी, चाबी छीनी और वीडियो बनाने पर परिवार के सामने ही उसकी पिटाई कर दी।

वर्दी का अहंकार है ।
ब्रिटिश राज भले ही खत्म हो गया हो, लेकिन उसकी हुकूमत वाली मानसिकता आज भी देश के कई पुलिस तंत्रों में ज़िंदा दिखाई देती है। नागरिकों को अधिकारों वाले स्वतंत्र नागरिक नहीं, बल्कि हुक्म मानने वाले प्रजा की तरह देखा जाता है।

आज हर काम में, हर गांव कोने में फैला हुआ यह भ्रष्टाचार लोगो की नजरअंदाजी और उसे बढ़ावा देने की सोच से हुआ है।

मदारी फिल्म का यह छोटासा वाकया हमे उसकी भीषणता दिखाता है। जनता की तकलीफ को दिखाता है।

सच में अगर हम अपने आप को देखे, या मै खुद को देखूं। तो कही ना कही मैं भी इसका शिकार हु, या मै भी इसे बढ़ावा दे रहा हु।

ऐसे में, इसके खिलाफ आवाज उठाना और मना करना ही सबसे बड़ी लड़ाई की शुरुआत है।
