@tcl_india @amazonIN What I still don't understand is why Amazon lists the wall mount as a ₹499 paid add-on when TCL's authorized technician said it would be provided free. If TCL isn't charging for it, why is Amazon? This only creates confusion for customers. Hope Amazon clarifies this. @amazonIN

Ordered a TCL TV from Amazon. The installer asked ₹499 for the wall mount, which Amazon had mentioned. I contacted TCL support, and they assigned a new technician who said the mount would be free. Confused, but big thanks to TCL for the excellent support! 👍@tcl_india @amazonIN

Very disappointed with @AmazonIN and @Delhivery. The delivery agent is refusing to deliver my large item to my address and is asking me to pick it up myself. My address is serviceable, and doorstep delivery is expected. Please resolve the issue
