⭐ Significantly improved ACS / compliance scores for 4 UK security companies. (Not just writing appropriate policies and procedures, but ensuring that front line staff are informed, supported, respected and empowered to develop and achieve their goals.)

🚨 Delivered major operational improvements, leading to increased staff retention and massively improved contract retention. (Instigated training programs, massively improved client engagement, established professional development plans, mentored potential leaders.)

🍾 Completed complex bid submissions and given successful, contract winning, presentations.

Done right, client's become aware that Security is a vital business enabler, not a drain on the bottom line, and I get a buzz from seeing that change of thinking. Danny Tommo has been charged with criminal damage and will appear in court today - the speed of this process is absolutely astonishing.

We're told it's in the 'public interest' to pursue criminal proceedings.

All individuals are entitled to the same treatment before the law, regardless of what the establishment may think of said individual.

The pace of incident to arrest to charge to court for Danny Tommo is rapid, to say the least.

I will be watching very closely.
