@CreightonHarley@CFBKings @PatienceVeitch Tech and the Ville both got the hardest schedules of the ACC this year. Wish yall luck and look forward to playing you!
@RinoTheBouncer The Cycle was ahead of its time. With the success Arc Raiders and expansion of extraction shooters, The Cycle would fair so much better if it was released today. The progression, gunplay, ai enemies, mining, and end game gameplay loop were super fun. Better timing+devs = success
@Jgy1019@TransferPortal@Kelly_Quinlan@PeteNakos Philo is a completely different player than King. Philo has only gotten glimpses but he’s a natural arm talent that will probably thrive in a modern pro style offense. It’ll look VERY different
@RandomNumber758@muranyi_gaming@Dexerto It’s already a public community subject to hate or love, why are we complaining about more potential viewers and money. At this point I feel like you’re going to try to pick a complaint about anything. It’s a meaningless award for an internet streamer we will all live
@RandomNumber758@muranyi_gaming@Dexerto Fuck Hasan, and I don’t hate vtubers. Is part of the community (like every community) weird? Of course. But idk why people are mad or confused. He has the numbers, and he’s opening up the space to an entire audience that didn’t know vtubing existed. It’s GOOD for vtubing
@RandomNumber758@muranyi_gaming@Dexerto He’s literally a 30 some year old dude who drinks beer and plays shooters. I promise you his fans who relate to him are not the usual vtuber chatters sitting in Let’s Talk so it makes sense why the traditional vtuber hasn’t interacted with him or his fans. Still has 6figure views
@RandomNumber758@muranyi_gaming@Dexerto And it like, straight up still qualifies as the definition of a vtuber. Just because people these days spend $10,000 on high tech fancy avatars doesn’t take away the root definition of when it started. It’s simple and rudimentary, but it still qualifies.
@RandomNumber758@muranyi_gaming@Dexerto I’m afraid his sarcasm went over your head. He literally says he is a peanut, aka a “Ptuber”. He knows he is a vtuber, it’s part of the bit.
@RandomNumber758@muranyi_gaming@Dexerto What qualifies a vtuber then? They have to look like a 12 year old anime girl? Its literally defined as a computer generated avatar. Which the peanut whether filter or not, is clearly being generated by a computer and is not his real face
@RandomNumber758@muranyi_gaming@Dexerto He is literally by definition a vtuber. Just because he doesn’t fit your specific preference or play your type of games or relate to your humor, there’s still hundreds of thousands of viewers who do. Numbers don’t lie and idk why the community is so mad at breaking a mold
@RealN_C@Dexerto His audience does not relate to the traditional anime vtuber genre whatsoever. But to act like his audience doesn’t exist is crazy when hes pulling 6 figure viewership streams and even his vod channel has 5-10k viewers
@hua445@Dexerto Dude has been at it for a minute. I would say 6 figure viewership streams and 10,000 viewers on a 24/7 VOD channel would mean there’s quite a few people who know who he is.
@RandomNumber758@muranyi_gaming@Dexerto Believe it or not, there’s a large population who don’t relate or have interest in the traditional anime vtuber genre. Just because he doesn’t fit the mold doesn’t mean it’s “hijacked by antis”. He appeals to a mass audience that would otherwise never click on a vtuber stream
@SpartanOfTheAp1@Dexerto Escape from Tarkov streamer who started mostly on TikTok and transferred to Twitch. His funny clips went viral enough to mass a niche fanbase and got invited to the BF6 event where he dressed in a peanut costume which got big streamers interested. Arc raiders has blown him up now
@Maven@Metaaphor I’ve spent most of my life both playing cod and watching the comp scene. And honestly, it’s just fatigue. There’s so many unique experiences in gaming now outside of doing the same thing on CoD year after year. And the format of comp just isn’t as exciting as pre 2019 as a viewer
@Notthatguy54227@BrandonMSparks If you can casually walk by a wounded person sipping coffee, you have the ability to help. Whether that be moving them, tending wounds, or even checking for pulse.
