The Distance Boys had a pretty great Regional meet. The 4x800m relay of Will Groh, Jace Williams, Wyatt Schmidt, and Trenton Dushane qualified for State, placing 2nd, and Will Groh qualified individually in the 800m, taking 3rd. Nice job!

Been a while since I’ve had a wildlife encounter…Unfortunate this one had to happen on a run. Got swooped and pecked at by this guy while actively trying to avoid him. No birds or humans harmed…only a bunch of high school boys and their coach running away like toddlers.
